Treason..really?

So Rick Perry said that if Bernanke was to push a stimulus in the economy before the election (print money), it would be "treason".

Obviously he feels that stimulating the economy will help Obama's numbers and hurt his campaign. Instead, perhaps we should see what else we can do to hurt the economy to raise Perry's numbers?

Funny, seems Texas was helped most by the past stimulus package (and all that rainy fund money Perry boasts about is only there because they used the fed money instead! Huh!)

Don't know, but this guy smells like the Republican nominee to me. I think I might smell Parry/Palin 2012. I also have a leaning towards Obama/Clinton on the flip side.
