AIG and the US gov't

Post by Berserker »

So AIG is considerig if they should join the ex-CEO in suing the government for saving the company. Now I fully understand why people hate corporations and fat CEOs who aparently know no bounds to their greed and selfishness.

Damn, you beat me too it.

Sadly, there are other such lawsuits. Watch them win the estimated profits and we call it all even. Why did we bail these jerks out again?

Well, in AIG's defense, they decided NOT to join the ex-CEO's lawsuit against the gov't. Still, that ex-CEO (who by the way got a golden parachute when he left) and is now the CEO of some group of investors should be kicked in the gonads over and over and over and over...

Good to know they're not all totally ungrateful leaches.

Good Day, All.

I think they just didn't want to burn their bridge for the next time they need a bailout.

Sincerely

Thomas
