Hey, I'm going to start a PG few shoulders. I think I will have two sizes Scrawny Bastard (3.5") and Fat Mama-Jama (6.5"). Measure across your arm not around, don't add girth, it will screw up the size of the patch. The sizes are still negotiable, but I will not be doning an inbetween size, unless I come up with a better plan. (Like SB may move to 4" and FMJ may move to 7", but I think this is really a situation of less is more)

Let me know which size you want.
I am putting a price tag of $6.00 on them right now for thread, elastic, etc.
I'll let you know if that shifts.

I am also going to see if I can figure out a way to color code them (i.e. Red VS Blue)

It seems everyone likes the newest badge (except Scutt), any other comments or suggestions before we agree to go with #3.

I did dress in all my stuff yesterday, and scared myself. I am definitely digging the future-scifi vibe. I was thinking I might try a nuke phoenix badge. I liked this as a sig:

We danced while the skies burned.
Phoenix Gaurd

Born of the Ashes of Humanity.
Phoenix Gaurd

Fear for the Future, Weep for the Present.
Phoenix Gaurd

you are a funny guy jeff... how did you ever decide on the original Phoenix?

i like the first nuke idea with the PG at the bottom. Would like to see it with white outline like you did for one of the lower ones.

I like the badges better then the nukes personally. Or are these supposed to be separate? In that case, i also like the 1st one.

First Nuke is my current favorite of the nukes too. I don't know if this is a change to, or in addition . . . I enjoy drawing/creating, and want to know you'alls feedback.

Just a thought, the nuke may cause people to think we're from PG county or something..That's the first thought i had when i saw it, then i went, oh yeah, Phoenix Guard ;)

So i think it should not be by itself, you should still probably keep the badge just so people can read what PG stands for..

I found the quote I was attempting to mimic:
Percy Bysshe Shelley:
Fear not for the future, weep not for the past.
You may not reconize his name, but you may know his wife Mary Shelly of Frankenstien fame. However, he is the an vangaurd for the poets that come after him. Wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Percy_Bysshe_Shelley
He became an idol of the next two or three generations of poets, including the important Victorian and Pre-Raphaelite poets Robert Browning, Alfred Lord Tennyson, Dante Gabriel Rossetti, Algernon Charles Swinburne, as well as Lord Byron, Henry David Thoreau, William Butler Yeats, and Edna St. Vincent Millay
