New Mortgage rules

Post by MorGrendel »

So I saw this.

Essentially, Bank of America looks to be offering a loan package that is 3% down and no PMI.

Ray and Clay, I know we talked about a number of different options, but if this is the real deal, then it is something you both should definitely look at.

Ohh, no PMI is big deal. You'd normally be stuck with it until you paid about 20% of the house which is a long time to give free money to the banks.
My love for you is like a truck..
