Keep in mind, this site is on the small side; so any demos will have to be one-on-one. Add some theater/dramatics, if you will, to make them more fun for you and the audience.

In the KITCHEN:
We have two excellent volunteers to head the cooking, but they are going to need assistants to chop ingredients, measure, clean, watch pots, and help serve.
