im going to host a practice at my house every tues wile the weather holds 630- 830 let us not rest on our laurels! our troops are in need of training. and a reg practice is essential to recruiting . as always any and all of our black spear, and bog friends are welcome. hedge hog too!

Oh yeah consider yourselves all mocked for not coming to practice. If you all really are going to go next week could you please say so and then do it. If you do I'll ask some of the hedgies if they want to come down with me. We three had fun quick paced fights in perfect weather. Do bring mosquito repellent though they were hungry. See you all next week? I'll keep harassing everyone. There are practices everywhere but unit practice is vital for smooth teamwork at war. Like Dan said c'mon guys!

Sadly my back is killing me, so I'm gonna have to miss this week too. I'm due to see the doctor this week, so hopeful things will start getting sorted out.

Went to the doctor on Friday about my hip finally. They took some X-rays which indicated that the problem is not really my hip, but a symptom of probable inflammation in my lower back. I'm supposed to get an MRI on Monday to know what's going on for sure. They told me to expect about 2 weeks of PT to fix it and to lay off running for the time being, which obviously means no fighting as well.
