GET YOUR MELEE ON: The season of war is upon us. St. Aiden and the Barony of Lochmere offers Melee practice starting 5/23 throughout the summer. We encourage you to be on site and in Armour by 7:00pm at Talbot Spring Elementary, 9550 Basket Ring Rd, Columbia, MD 21045. Dates subject to change:
May 23
June 6 & 20 & 27 (two consecutive weeks to avoid July 4)
July 11 & 25
Pennsic: 7/28 to 8/13
August 15 &29
September 12 & 26
more if requested
We are looking to do training at most practices in addition to "just fighting". Let me know how we can support your melee and we will see what we can do...

Do you happen to know if this is like the Fyrdmoots of the past in College Park? Will there be other activities other than fighting?

There is normally Fencing and Frat. I am sure there is other things but those are the only two that I have noticed. It is a Barony practice so I am sure there is Arts & Science stuff but you would have to ask.
