I think a kiddy pool and soil from home depo would be good. Kevin and I have an old air mattress and I think it can be done in the open like savanna or your camp. I don't mind spectators and anyday night works for me. When is fairy wars and misss swampy and fuzz ball. We want in this year.

Ok - both pool and soil can be acquired in the field, so we don't have to bring much.
We can try the air mattress but if I can find something better I will. The rest of the details can be settled out in the field.
Fairy Wars is usually kinda random - more likely second weekend. Although there can also be more than one.
Fizzball is the second Wednesday at 1300. Be sure to register your team(s) early and show up on time. The Rogues have been trying to tighten things up so we're not going until dusk.
I'm not sure when Miss Swampie is. We'll catch wind of it fairly early though.
