You'd think senators would at least look shit up on wikipedia to see if it's true or just some medieval concept, before blurting stupidities on the air.

EDIT: I misread. He's not a senator. He's running for senate.

Serban: In reviewing my off-the-cuff remarks, it's clear that I misspoke and it does not reflect just how intelligent I think you are. (notice that I didn't even appologize in this statement clearly showing that I am NOT sorry about the "misspoken" statement).
