Generally, I agree with Dan, though I think Marvel Villians are generally stronger to begin with, though no where as well written.

Thanos with gauntlet? - Yes
They rebooted the DC world at some point, down to 51 Heroes, and I thought in the new Universe Brianiac took over the Galaxy. - Edge Brainac
Green Goblin doen't need to steal and has legal permits - Edge GG
Red skull and two face are not even in the same boat, LAME.
I don't think Grundy can be killed. I think the hulk would smash him until he was too tired to stand, then Grundy would walk away. - edge Grundy (and Red Hulk is Stupid)
So DC Villians are not stong, but a lot of them are immortal, nod to Ra's ove Doom.
Black Hand - He leads the evil Black Laterns, I think.
Miphisto, he looks like the devil, Duh!
I want to see Juggernaut vs Bane, and I'll actually give Bane the edge as Juggernaut is dumb as a rock and is defeated by something sticky every time.
Puppet Master was powerful, I think he spawned Hate Monger who I believe caused all sorts of havok and defeated the X-Men.

when marvel heroes went toe to toe with dc lobo fought wolverine, so i guess they lumped him in as an antihero "spawn " type.

Joker is like the evil batman so I think he would destroy green goblin
. I agree that solomon grundy would eventually win. Carnage was probably pinned as a venom type so would have been kinda redundant.
Even though Bane is smarter i think Juggernaut massively overpowers him to the point it overcompensates the dumb rage.
The Killer Croc vs Lizard wouldn't even be fair. Croc would rip him apart
