Why I don't eat the chopped up Sushi

So I don't eat the chopped up sushi.
I don't like the texture, it reminds me of the "pink slime" for hotdogs. And I'm pretty sure its the back bone scapings. Moreover, a recent survey in california found that 87% of Sushi served was counterfiet, i.e. cheap fish passed of as expensive fish. (be wary of Snapper the #1 most counterfitted fish)

I want to know what I'm eating.

Oh, I don't order the fancy expensive fish, so I really don't have to worry about counterfits. Fortune Cooky does a good chopped though. They add tempura flakes to make it crunchy and gets rid of the slimy feeling. That is why I don't like Avacodo, the slimy feeling.
