Old Houes's

Post by Thomas Fitzcharles »

Good Day, All.

For those of you who my some day purchase a home. Never, never never never never never never buy a old house unless you have a ton of money and can completely renovate it before you more in. it seems my life has turned into waiting for the next system to fail. I once again spent an entire weekend fixing a leak in the main water line to my house. I got it done. But it sucks to waste a weekend like that, when I could be mowing the lawn, cleaning gutters painting rooms or other fun stuff like that. Oh to be a renter again.

Sincerely

Thomas

Goof Day, Chris

Your house isn't old  it is practically brand new compared to mine. The latest addition was built in the 40s and front hall which was the entire house at one time was built at the turn of the century. But I know even new houses have there own problems. Hey, how is the game of throwns going. I started rereading the series I had forgotten allot of it and how good it is

While not as old as yours my house was built in 68 which is years before the modern coding system so my panel is below power the wiring is sub standard and the plumbing was installed by a half blind moron, but my garden is GREAT, oh wait I just started developing allergies so I can't enjoy it.

And the Game of Thrones is awsome, Your gotta love the Starks in general but I'm really digging Tyrian Lanaster(the imp). The guy who plays him is great. He's a cunning little degenerate, reminds me of Jeff.

Good Day, All.

Chris I was just kidding about your house. I know that many older homes were much better built than many of the mass produced homes of the 60s 70s and 80s

Titus the game of thrones is a HBO mini series. base on a one of the best fanasty book ever written.

I agree, the Imp is my favorite player of the game. Ned starks is just a little bit to honor bound for me. Puts his whole family at risk for the sake of his honor. But it would not be as good a book without him that way. I really like some of the other players for thier meaness and cunning I can't spell the names but you know the one's.

Doug, I don't know if your much on reading. The books are great since your up until some ungodly hour you might want to read them. They won't put you to sleep thou

What I really like about the books is that none of the players are truely black or white good or evil. They all just have different agendas, which put them in conflit with one another. The entire series is base on how different types of people interact with one another for power and position. Plus there is not allot of magic, wizards, fairy dust and super human feats. The old saying "They couldn't write this stuff" does not hold true in this case.

I don't know if its going this way but his brother "king slayer" while not liking the Starks actually saved the rest since the mad king did say burn them all as he was torching ned's brother and father.

I have a feeling I will like the Delthroki more than anything, remember a Delthroki wedding with less than three deaths is considered a boring affair... oh Serban I have an idea for the reception.

What I am nothing like the imp, you bastard. I so hate you, you bastard, and you better get used to being called a bastard, bastard!

Besides, he gets way more action than me.

Accually I dont think the king has sex with the queen, but her other brother does, and that's just creepy.

I'm loving Game of Thrones thus far. Very much considering reading the novels at this point.
