From what I remember it is just north of Rockville and just South of Scaggsville.

you are all doomed if you listen to Jeff.
It is north of Clarksburg and south of Frederick. Near 70 and 270. Pretty far north of Rockville and Scaggsville is in Howard county near 216 and 29 no where near the site. Next closest City would be Gaithersburg but it is pretty north of there too.
