Celt Wars is a big practice, so armor rules are fairly lax.
Unless you are figthing glaive, you just need a sword basket, Demi-Gauntlet, and a hard thumb on the shield (though I'm not 100% on the rule). Unless, you fight like Serban and I, and then yes, you would want gauntlets, but that's a lot to come up with in a week.

Do I need to bring anything other than my gear? Not really sure so making sure.

The garb that you bought. ie the plaid pajama bottoms. What color did you get so that I can bring you a tunic that matches?
