Just so its out there . . .
The Kelly's Christmas Party is Dec 19th. It will be a recession special, so if you guys can bring some food and booze I would appreciate it.

Boagrius is planning to host the Black Friday, Galatian Thanksgiving. More to come. Missy won the last Iron Chef, so we'll see what happens.

And Serban plans to host next Halloween. Scary!

And if Rachel doesn't want to, we can [kevin, kester and brian]. It would be close to downtown Nap-town so we could see some fire-works. OR if rachel is really jonesin' to do it, we're down for that too. :D As the days get closer I'm sure plans will be hashed out, but let me know what you think!

Jeff,
What time does your Christmas party start on the 19th?

6:00pm-ish. We are trying to decided if we might encourage people to go out carolling earlier in the night.

No, it is in the early hours, and I have been assured they are coming over when it is done (which is before 6).

Steph and I, however, will not be joining you until the later hours. It is also her father's birthday on top of everything, so she wanted to go out to dinner with him before we went to the party.

Hey All,
The Christmas party is this Saturday! 6:00pm-ish

Feel free to invite CLOSE friends and family, the more the merrier!
Is there any real interest in going caroling? I plan to make hot spiced cider.

As I said before, this is still a recession special so any help is greatly appreciated.

Food - We (Galatia) have some great cooks, so if you want to make something to share that would be awesome. Brian, I have had lots of requests for things you made last year!
Currently I have: A Turkey, A roast, A platter of Weiners, sausage, and meatballs, bread, Mexican Chicken thing, cranberry salad, scalloped potatoes, 7 layer dip . . . more but I'm blanking

Desserts! I don't like sweet things and I can't eat dairy, so if you do like dessert, well please bring some.
Currently we have: Chocolate Fondue, cookies, Orange Marmalade pizza, Eggnog for milkshakes.

Soda and Drinks - I do not drink soda. I'll probably pick up a case of Coke, but if you like something else, bring it.
Currently - I have no soda. I do have NA Cider.

Booze - I have brewed a keg of beer, and will have other miscellanous beer. I bailed on the Hard cider, as I decided NOT to use you all as guinie pigs. I have some wine, but I'm sure whatever Thomas brings will be better :) Theresa - Missy has a bottle she has been waiting to share with you. I have liquor too, and I don't plan to buy any more. Though I might spring for some rum for the EggNog. If you have particular tastes, feel free to bring what you love.

Thank you in advance for making the party so special, and I look forward to seeing you all.
