Armor and Pack Days

Hello All,
So, we will likely need a pre-Pennsic Work On Armor day(s). When and where should we plan it?
Also, when are the Pennsic Pack days? I will not be standing outside of someone's vacant home, in the dark, with my only help being my wife (who does not do this stuff) this year.
