I’m popping this out here for the maximum number of eyeballs. Take a look and let me know if you want to discuss. I’m not saying I’m right and my way is the only way; just that this is the image in my head and I think having a visual is helpful.

I like it. I like it alot. There's a vice warlord? Or is that s potential new position?

Officers have always had the ability to assign a Vice. We’ve used them as officers-in-training or when the Scribe no make spel good. The Hero (Fili, Champion…) has changed in scope throughout the years. I used the Hero as a Vice Warlord as much as possible, but that fit the personnel we have. I think, and as demonstrated in the model above, that the Vice-Warlord needs to be a Citizen, whereas the Hero is really geared for an up-and-coming hot stick, like a pledge proving their combat prowess. I recognize there may be some unnecessary overlap on the battlefield, but a real Hero should be the first into the breach, and the rest will figure itself out.

Looks good to me. Not sure how quarter master falls under combat but other than that I like it

In our rules the Quartermasters job is the store the fighting gear. To my knowledge, you, Chris Cook, were the only Quartermaster I can remember. That said, when I first drew it up it seemed like a name better used for camping, and my notes I suggest Armorer for the person who stores loaner fighting gear. I guess I’m saying that I’m cool with changing swapping the name.
Also, full disclosure, I choose the name Arcathar (Bow + Expert) because the alternate Greek root shares the word Toxic.

I like this. I think we should put this forward to see how everyone feels and of we can agree, make the changes happen. Now if we can only get everyone on here to read it....

overall I like it, but i would remove "heart" as a title. I don't see the need for it. We give out plenty of gifts/awards for folks that distinguish themselves (feathers, necklaces, bracelets, various leather stuff, etc)

Sorry I'm late to the party, and I haven't read anyone's replies yet, so here are my hot takes after looking at the flow chart.
Why is Campmaster under the arts trade? I feel like that should be a voted on or volunteer position under the Warlord Delegations
Fire-Bringer - I thought that was the job of the most recent Pledge? Don't strip pledges of responsibilities please.
How would Archer Champ be determined? My thought is that it should be a standardized skills competition (possibly at the July Archery event yearly?)
What are the responsibilities of the champions?

The firebringer as far as I know will still be a pledge responsibility. It will interesting having two pledges share the responsibility.
I like the Archery Champ being a competition. Maybe something like the Royal Round event.
I think we need to figure out the responsibilities of the defender and Archery Champ. The Hero responsibilities are already spelled out. Zharova put a description together on her thoughts of the defender role in a forum on here.
