Meal Plan

So I am planning to put together a meal plan for storvic baronial birthday. I will need to know who would like to participate in advance, preferably by wensday night practice next week. I'm thinking a minumum of 10 people to participate or it may cost more than outlined here.
So here are some thoughts on which I will need feedback. What I will make will depend on what you all are most interested in. So here are some options.
Cost for a meal plan can be anywhere from $10 per person to $30+ and include any or all of: dinner firday, breakfast lunch dinner saturday, breakfast lunch sunday (6 meals)
I am somewhat open to the concept of pro rating for those who only want to camp one night and all that, however that adds a layer of complexity to planning that I would prefer to avoid.
The food can be simple or complex, there are a few factors that will determine that. If I am going to do all of the preperation by myself your options will be simple. If I can get two or more dependable voulenteers to help with the planning and food preperations I am open to preparing just about anything, if I get the voulenteers then what is picked will be cost dependant. If no one wants to help then your stuck with the simple options.
An example of a simple meal plan: breakfast, cold cerial or bagles, lunch, pb&j or grilled cheese , dinner, chilli or stew. (a total of 6 meals there) These are also the some of the more cost effective options.
An example of a more complex (voulenteers neccesary) and expensive meal plan could be, breakfast, eggs and toast with sausage or bacon, lunch, cold cut subs or grilled meat sandwiches with side dish or salad, dinner, hambugers or stirfry with meat or anything else good.. with 2 or more sides.
The amount and complexaty of side dishes will also be cost and help dependant.
So give me your imput.
If anyone wants to see more options and is willing to help make it happen Great! if not I am still flexable in what I make to suit a gernal group desire, but keep it simple.
Feel free to respond with what you might like to see offered in a meal plan.
If you all prefer to stick with the minimus and keep the cost down fine again, if you'd prefer to spend a bit more and have fancier food plan, fine again.
So the factors are cost and voulenteers. Let me know and I will make a plan that fits.
If parents are bringing children let me know, we can do something simple like mac n cheese and chicken nuggets. of course kids meals don't cost as much as adults. if you want kids to be included in the meal plan let me know and we can figure out what works.
