Allies of AEthelmearc heed our call!!! As we begin to stir from beneath the heavy blanket of winter, so to does the Dragon of the Kingdom of the Midrealm stir from its slumber and cast its greedy eye towards our fair land and its precious black stones. The time has come to rally together and be counted among those who will stand against the might of the Midrealm and protect our Sylvan lands!

Blackstone Raid XX will open at 12:00 PM on April 21st, 2011 and close at 12:00 PM on April 24th, 2011 at the beautiful Cedar Lakes – Conference Center, HC 88, Box 21 Ripley, WV 25271, (304) 372-7860, www.cedarlakes.com

PREREGISTRATION: We ask the consideration of $18. Those between the ages of 7 and 17 will be $9. Those the age of 6 or under are free. There is a family cap of $54.

REGISTRATION: We ask the consideration of $20. Those between the ages of 7 and 17 will be $10. Those the age of 6 or under are free. There is a family cap of $60.

DAY TRIP: Please note day trip rates begin at 12:00 PM April 23rd, 2011. If you arrive before then you will be charged the normal registration rate. We ask the consideration of $10. Those between the ages of 7 and 17 will be $5. Those the age of 6 or under are free.

DORM BEDS: We ask the consideration of $5 per night per person. Those the age of 6 or under are free. This is not included in the family cap price and will be additional.

CAMPING: Free

FAMILY CAP: A family cap should be 2 adults, 2 minors – all other minors of that family, free. Note: “Family” does not include SCA households or roommates – there must be a mundane relation. No more than two adults in a family group can qualify for the family cap price; all others of that family must be related minor-aged children. NMS is not included in the family cap price and will be additional.

Please include the SCA and modern names for everyone, including children 6 and under with your reservation. Please note April 8th, 2011 is the last date to request refunds.

Make checks payable to, “SCA Inc. – Barony of Blackstone Mountain”, and send to BSR Preregistration XX, 1596 Jackson St, Charleston, WV 25311. Please be mindful that per corporate policy, a $5.00 non-member surcharge will be added on top of all other fees for those gentles age 18 and over who are not members of the SCA. This may be sent with your reservation or paid at the door.

DIRECTIONS:

Take you best route to I-77.

From the North:

Take Exit 132 on I-77, at the bottom of the ramp, turn left onto Route 21 North, make the first right onto Cedar Lakes Drive (you will see the Burger King), Cedar Lakes Conference Center is approximately 3.5 miles on the right.

From the South:

Take Exit 132 on I-77, at the bottom of the ramp, turn right onto Route 21 North, make the first right onto Cedar Lakes Drive (you will see the Burger King), Cedar Lakes Conference Center is approximately 3.5 miles on the right.
